Site Development Plan

Situated along Leonard Wood, a major and busy road in Baguio City, is a 1.6 hectare property that is earmarked for mixed use development which may include a hotel, condotels, BPO offices and retail facilities.  It is near famous landmarks and tourist attractions (Teacher’s Camp, Burnham Park, Wright Park, The Mansion); major institutions (St. Louis University, University of the Cordilleras, Brent School, Baguio Cathedral, and St. Louis General Hospital); and other places of interest.

The BPO office component is envisioned to have 10,000 square meters of Gross Floor Area on a 2,000 square meter floorplate.  Open for build-to-suit development, the BPO office can be constructed in roughly 15 months from date of signing of the Contract of Lease.
