Located at the corner of Pasong Tamo, Yakal and Malugay Streets, Belton Square is a designed to become a mixed use haven for overseas Filipino workers, locals, foreigners and BPO companies. It lies in close proximity to existing residential, commercial, institutional (educational and medical) facilities.  Belton Square features five towers on a contiguous podium that will redefine the cityscape in the area.

It will have:
	Belton Place (Residential)
	Belton Cyberpod Makati (Office)
	Belton Suites (Businessman’s Hotel)
	Belton Square (Retail podium)

Its office component, Belton Cyberpod Makati, is envisioned to have 20 floors, but may be open for build to suit (BTS). It can accommodate up to 30,000 square meters Gross Floor Area with a typical floor plate of 2,000 square meters. The estimated completion date is 15 months from signing of a Lease Contract.
