Lucio Tan-led Eton Properties Philippines Inc., one of the fastest growing real estate firms in the country, is going full blast with the construction of its first six projects.

Four of Eton’s high-rise residential towers are scheduled for construction this quarter.  The Eton Residences Greenbelt, its 39-storey luxury residential condominium just across the Greenbelt complex, recently broke ground.   Eton Baypark Manila, One Archers Place and Eton Emerald Lofts will follow construction shortly.

Eton President and COO Danilo Ignacio disclosed that Eton Cyberpod Centris, the company’s first BPO office, recently topped-off and is scheduled for completion by end of this year.  Its 3-building BPO complex, Eton Cyberpod Corinthian, located at the corner of EDSA and Ortigas, also began concrete pouring activities this month.

Ignacio said that Eton remains bullish despite the challenging economy due to the strong sales of its residential condominium projects and strong interest from BPO companies awaiting completion of the office buildings.  He added that the company has preordered P600 million worth of steel bars in advance, sufficient to cover the construction of its initial projects.
